We usually ask a deposit in order to confirm the booking. This deposit corrisponds to the 30% of the total rent price. The balance will be payed on your arrival.

Cleaning costs are compulsory and set at € 70 per accommodation to be paid on site at the time of check-in.

Upon arrival, a security deposit of € 200 will also be required, which will be returned at the end of the stay once the integrity of the accommodation and facilities has been ascertained.
